Video Submission Guidelines

  • Videos will be hosted on YouTube. If you don't have a YouTube account, register here. All videos must adhere to YouTube guidelines.

  • You may enter as many times as you wish, provided each video is unique; however, there is a limit of one (1) prize per person, household or church.

  • Fill out an entry form for each video submitted.

  • A panel of judges will determine the finalists in each category. The 60-second videos will be judged on the ability to inspire (75 percent) and interpretation of the theme (25 percent). Awana Theme Song videos will be judged on creativity (75 percent) and interpretation of the theme (25 percent).

  • Finalist videos will be posted on the Awana 60th Celebration Website (add link to gallery page). Voting will be open to the public and take place from November 1-12, 2010.

  • Entrants who get the highest number of votes in each category will win the grand prize package.

  • Entrants who get the second highest number of votes in each category will win the first prize.

  • The deadline to submit your entries is Sunday, October 17, 2010.

  • Your entry must be your own original creation. People appearing in your video must have agreed that their images can be included.
